Kevin Kennedy has practiced law since 1988, exclusively with Hanson, Lulic & Krall. In 1995, Kevin became the firm's fourth partner. Kevin attended Marquette University where he received his B.S. in 1985. He received his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1988.
Kevin’s focus is in the area of first party property insurance claims and subrogation. He has extensive experience with first party coverage issues, fraud and arson defense, appraisals, fire subrogation and liability defense. He also has substantial experience in the area of no-fault fraud and construction litigation. Kevin is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Wisconsin and manages cases throughout the five-state region. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. Kevin is a past member of the Minnesota Attorney General’s Arson Task Force.
Kevin is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Wisconsin State Bar Association, International Association of Arson Investigators, National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Anti Vehicle Crime Association, Minnesota, Northwest Loss Association and Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association
