Tony Krall has been with Hanson Lulic & Krall, LLC since its inception in 1986. Tony attended the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse and received his B.S. degree with honors in 1981. He graduated cum laude, from Hamline University School of Law in 1984. During law school, Tony was a member of the Law Review and Silver Gavel Honor Society.
Tony has spent a large part of his career handling large loss and catastrophe litigation including fires and explosions, product liability, property and casualty litigation. He has handled a range of complex insurance coverage disputes. Tony is often called upon to go to fire scenes and take control of fire investigation to protect his clients’ interests. He has substantial trial experience, having tried cases in state courts throughout the Midwest and in federal court. He also has substantial experience in all methods of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), both as a participant as well as a neutral.
Tony frequently speaks on a variety of topics including arson, fraud, mold and water losses and the handling of catastrophic losses for a number of organizations.
Tony is admitted to the Minnesota State Bar, Wisconsin State Bar, U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota and Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Ramsey County Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association, Minnesota Chapter of International Association of Arson Investigators, National Fire Protection Association, and National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
